I work from home and rn I just made a grilled cheese sandwich while still in my PJs. Zero guilt even though I haven't done anything on my todolist for today yet... Might make some tea and act like this is self-care instead of procrastination (which I am sure it is!!!!) Anyway, what’s everyone eating today?? I need ideas that involve zero effort lol

On my days off, I bake a lot of muffins and freeze them. I thaw them little by little in the fridge the night before, so I can wake up my body on busy mornings. I enjoy them with jam and tea.
